so what has been your most scariest, paranormal moment up to now.
i'll start, i watched a pair of jeans hover around my bedroom when i was 13yr old. totaly freaked me out. :(
it was a summers evening and the windows were all open. i went to bed and witnessed a pair of my brothers jeans hover around the room, must of been for a couple of minutes, i was frozen solid. to my relief a bird had flown in through an open window and somehow got trapped under the jeans and flapped its wings and flew until the jeans fell to the floor and then flew out of the open window. :p

I was born on Friday 13th. The same hour I discovered the light of day a lorry backed into my uncle's house.

I have an exam this Friday 13th. It doesn't bode well, particularly because I have done jack-all revision. Bummer.

A few ago I did a pliot tv show based on ghost ect, so we had to to this pub to film where it was said it was haunted ect......I was like thas just just ****e ghost don't exist.

I was living in Norfolk at the the time and te gang was like so what u doing? well I'm going ghost hunting thre were haha really ur just playin, no I'm really paid for this, so i jumped in my car and went ot london for the shoot.

The basement of the pub was meant to be haunted, as it was a vicotria jail ect....and werid s*** had gone down there before, so of course the crew was hyped up but me and and one of te presenters was like this just s*** dude ghbost don't exist ect. I was workin with a DJ off Mix 96 in London....

So it turned out the the basement (now beer cellar) was hanuted, was like that's crap...

I was de-rigging the remote cams in the basement at the end of the shoot Iwas like come ghost type do your worst.....

I kid you you not there was something down there with me, it got very cold, and something was rubbing aginst my skin. I was like thats all u got, it really cold and the pressure on my skin increaded it was really f****ed up so I grabbed the cameras and made a run for it. To this day I have no idea what happened down there.

Lets say you have never seen an escort drive off that fast from a pub before!!

Good story :)

But NOTHING else could explain that? Our brains are fantastically complex devices, rigged to recognise people and possible threats. You mention nits and people start scratching their heads for example! Supposedly paranormal events always have a simple explanation when looked at in a sensible, scientific manner.

I've yet to rationalise our "ghost" I've mentioned our story on here before, but I can now offer an update.

We live in a semi detached, the type that had a driveway along the side of the house to a detached garage. We had a solid door across the gap between the house and the garage, separating drive from garden, it was impossible to enter the garden without opening this door. From the kitchen there was a frosted glass door leading onto the drive and a window and a glazed door through which you can see into the garden. We regularly saw a man sized shadow pass the drive door at walking pace, which then passed the window. This should be impossible as the garden door was always bolted and padlocked.

Update: This year we have demolished the old garage and built a new one connected to the house. At the rear of which there is a short corridor linking the kitchen to the garage, a small bathroom and egress to the garden. Now as well as the occasional shadow, in the corridor, we also get the 1 hour internal garage fire door slowly opening and closing completely on its own. This door is fitted with a self closing device so doesn't open in a draft of which there aren't any strong ones when all other windows and doors are closed.

It's not scary, just odd and I can't explain it.

HAd a couple of birthdays on friday 13th, and never realy had any bad luck on any other friday 13th either.
Now on the subject of ghosts, my parents have one at their house. we believe its my grandfather...he only comes at a time when theres family upheaval and dispute. We never had a ghost there til he died, and hes been around for a good 15 yrs now. He first appeared when everyone was asleep( including the cat) in the kitchen, you could hear switches being turned on and cups moving around the work surfaces, footsteps on the floor, and kettle boiling, we all heard these goings on seperatly at first and blamed each other for getting up and making midnight snacks ( back then we were all still at home). Then my brother and dad heard it at the same time, but when they got to the kitchen and there was nothing there.
So 'grandad' after being rumbled progressed to my parents bedroom, where strangely he'd rattle the suitcase handles on their wardrobes:smt077, after a while they got used to it, to the point where my dad used to tell the spook to fook off regularly.
Since we all moved out and theres the parents left he only appears when theres a family crisis on the cards...hes been when my other grandad was to die, and also when my dad took ill, and when i fell out with my ex....very spooky and unexplainable

We, as a family must be tuned into spooks, or at least my dad, as when he got married my grandmother stood at the end of the bed on my parents wedding night( she'd died some yrs previous of cancer) he told her not to worry and that he'd look after my mum...then asked what the winner was in tomorrows race:D......and she vanished, as if she was satisfied with the answer
