TBH, I've seen both, and thought they were both the same quality.

Obviously not for me. Shame the awards are more about current fashion.

Watched Benjamin Button last night & wondered why I couldn't switch it off & do something useful. I had to see it all , but didn't really like it.
Slumdog on the other hand is a fantatic movie & deserves every award it wins

Agree about Slumdog Millionnaire, very good film.

I rather enjoyed Benjamin Button as well - sure, it's quite slow but it's very well made and it's an interesting conceit.

Biggest surprise for me of late, filmwise, was You Don't Mess With The Zohan. I was expecting a complete turkey but it was genuinely funny with moments of pure genius.

Was disappointed to find out that the new Wonder Woman film is a cartoon
