Richie T-Boned on the way back from work, (Car not bike)

luckerly not on the bike, but in my new (to me) car... :(
women pulled out of a junction that I was about to turn into. slow speed narrow road, dented O/S dirvers door, Passenger door & sill. scratched rear 1/4 pannel and bumper.

Now which two garages should I take it to for a quote?

the escort.
just taken it to two garages and both said, beyond ecomonical repair... :-(

so hopefully I can buy it back and repair it myself as I like this car after all the work I've done on it.

Richie, has the damage extended to the sill or is it just the doors which are bashed? If its just the doors, why dont you give Ford Parts a ring in Dunston, Gateshead (Near Metro Centre) and ask them price of 2 doors as they have all scrap parts straight off the shelf.

Re: Richie T-Boned on the way back from work, (Car not bike)

cheers Rob, there is a minor dink in the sill, nothing much to worry about...
quote from one garage is £947.60.... not including parts...!

So they said it is Beyond Economical repair.
