Mivv gp carbon exhausts

Got my eye and mind on one of these bad boys but the price is really putting me off. How can it only be £260 for the same exhaust i want but on a gsxr600 when on the sv its £320!?
Also its only 240 for 99-02 sv650s? Is their any difference between the two years?
Any one who knows were to get the exhaust cheaper or any info on them would be help full

Thanks phil, btw i have a k5 sv :)

Re: Mivv gp carbon exhausts

Probably because the SV needs a link pipe and a reconnecting sleeve. Most bikes are truely slip ons, however the SV's standard exhaust needs cutting off with a hacksaw, hence why prices may seem a little intense. Buy a Beowulf.

/plug.

Those collecters are £94 seperate. So the can by it's metaphorical self is probably around £200 :)

Mivv exhausts are a bit special. Expensive and worth it.
Trying to get a set for the VRaptor is like searching for Aztec gold! Missed out on some on ebay at xmas by a fiver.....gutted wanted em for a prezzie for Im Indoors. If I saw some now I'd rob a bank for them.

Over 400 quid for the twin canset up for one too :-(

LOL, £320 for an exhaust system? Bargain:mrgreen:

Try buying a slip on Akrapovic cans for any of the KTM 990 range, £800-1200 depending on the type...

Not really, you are buying downpipes which flow worse than OEM.

dave ive got a mivv Gp can on my 2001 sv650s, sounds brilliant and it was also alot lighter than my original set up, (its not twin pipes), iv kept it with the oem downpipes though, is there a better set i can match it to or should i keep it as it is, just out of interest

Re: Mivv gp carbon exhausts

Not knowing the inlet diameter of the SV650 Mivv off of the top of my head the best thing to do is stick with the OEM headers/collectors, unless you really want a full system.
