Not really. I reckon they will become collectable in many years

thats probably true, but there are close to 1 million tickets dont forget, hardly limited edition. Its the way they are planting the seed in minds though, switching people from demanding refunds to thinking "Mmmm, maybe I'ld rather keep these...."

What a waste of money.

Quite likely they will become collectable in the future.

That isnt to say that AEG Live wont be doing everything in their power to encourage people not to claim their money back. They self insured many of those dates because no other insurance company would cover them.

You Mr Nunes De Santos are an idiot in the first place. It wasnt to much to pay to watch someone prancing about on stage either you dont think?

Imagine the ruckass you could cause in one of these discussions saying that a friend gave you some tickets for nothing as he doesn't want them, then offer them out

How can they become collectible with so many in circulation? There must be too many for them to be worth anything ever.

No way, how does he work out that figure? bet he gets no bids at all.

absolutely, completely ridiculous and if you look at some of the other prices for exactly the same product they're going for about £40-£50 ...

Indeed.

You're right though flymo - offering fans a chance to keep the tickets is quite a sneaky psychological ploy. However, some people may genuinely want to keep them as a way of holding onto MJ's memory? :smt017

I think original vinyls are more likely to be worth something in the future TBH. Ive actually got a mint copy of Thriller lurking about somewhere.
