I ran away from them when their quote for me (fully comp) was about £6k... for an SK5, 2 years NCB.

So i went with bikesure, i think. Meh, i need to renew/review December.

Express insurance. Been with them three years and they have always beaten everybody else's quotes, but you have to phone them to get the best price. Never claimed though.

Didn't have a problem with my fuel can, so long as it is road legal, they see it as just another exhaust.

Suzuki official = Express. But suzuki's quote is a bit more. All 3 of our bikes are insured with express now as they are always cheapest. Can take up to 30 mins to get through to customer services on the phone, although it is a freephone number.

I've been with them for 6 months so far, fully comprehensive. Basically what I was told as far as mods, is as long as what you do is not a performance modification and it's road legal than do what you like.

Customer service, although it can take 20 minutes on hold to get through... it's not outsourced to India and the likes so you can actually understand them. And the time on hold for me is a small sacrifice (I'd heard they were slow at answering calls before I chose them) for the amount of money I saved, plus I've only called them 3 times so far!

I just sorted my insurance out a few days ago. I found Directline/Devitt to be the cheapest, their quote was about half the price of the Suzuki insurance quote. Devitt price was very good considering ive had my license and bike about a month, im 21 and ive got a Remus can etc.

I'm with Suzuki Ins. They virtually took 3/4 off of the renewal from Bennetts!! And threw in protected NCB and key loss stuff for free.

Very impressed. But then I'm old (30).
