Flymo Racing at Anglesey 3-4 October
 

Last one was a good craic, so I've decided to go back up for this one.

Plan will be the same as last time, turn up around 5ish or maybe a little later. Pop tent up when people turn up and have a few beers and a laugh :)

Mike will be racing on the Saturday and Sunday and there is plenty of other racing going on also. It really is a good weekend and we had a good laugh last time :)

Anyone else up for it?

For those outside of the Border Patrol and either on my way or slightly off route and maybe want warmth of a car, I will be heading up in the car so can take a couple of people if they want...

EDIT: Also, those of you that love your Photography, there are some excellent opportunities for some good photos. I have loads from the other week that I just haven't got round to uploading yet.

Yeah, should be good. This is the annual 'Anglesey Grand' weekend that we have in the Wirral 100 club, selected riders are invited to the Grand races made up from all the classes. Not sure I'm fast enough for that one though :-)

Funny you should mention that SK, the nickname came from my early racing days on an MZ classic. I spent more time on the grass than the track. The guy who owned the bike offered to fit nobbly tyres for me :rolleyes:

I might be tempted by this, definitely in the diary if I find myself with some time as I haven't been on a photo trip anywhere in a little while so would be good (thanks for the tip off plowsie)

Assuming all things being equal (weather mainly) which day would be best to come from a racing standpoint?

if i cant ride the bike to there eg me in mass pain, i refuse to miss out so can i hop on a train to anglesy and then get to the track

Dave, I'm sure we can get you there somehow if you want to come along. There is a train station fairly close (within a few miles) to the circuit but there are obviously others further afield that you could be collected from.

All really depends on how long you plan to stay at the circuit, are you wanting to camp?

Friday afternoon to early evening , I can`t do the racing as work demands are .... well , I got no chance of having any weekend shenanigans between now and Xmas .

And yes that was on a race day , despite saying I was leaving 2 mates at the gate and my mobile as a deposit :) , bloody gate Nazis

Funny, they let me, Plowsie & his Mrs in without caring whatsoever. In fact, earlier in the day when Plosie & Mrs paid, they gave me a free ticket for the whole weekend.
