Good, what makes you think you are entitled to peace, quiet, relaxation, processions etc.

At least being a grand parent I can send them home.

If only you were not so far away Tim I would parcel her up to you for a few hours/days/weeks/months

Good luck to Becky today too, she has here stage 1 BHS (horse thing not shop) exam and a Snow Ball tonight, she has purchased a lovely wee dress for the occassion, wee being the operative word, she tried it on the other day and adam asked when the rest of it would be arriving - oh to be young again :D

Quick, hide anything special, expensive, breakable and the paint!

You must be so pleased, they can be lovely at that age too, especially when they come running up for a cuddle... with dog, next door neighbour, grandparents, the Dustmen but never you, until you are busy!

Best wishes,
XXX

Brilliant - probably - lol!

Why do we spend the first 2 years teaching them how to walk and talk; then the mext 15 to sit down and be quiet.

Toddlers are lovely - well better than teenagers anyway!!!

be have both types in the house an 11 month old girl and an almost 17 year old girl with a visiting 7 year old girl. Hard to say which is the most hassle - almost 17 year old wants lifts everywhere, 7 year old wont shut up (talks in sleep too I bet) and almost 1 year old on the go constantly, today she has bumped her head on 4 different doors, 3 other kids, 2 tables, a shopping trolley and the dog, its only lunch time. Does anyone know how much snot a 1 year old can hold before exploding and how many times it explodes before running out? Just a query from a mum with slimy top, jeans and boots with crunchy bits in her hair

Hehe good luck with that!
Sounds ilke you got your hands full!.

Could be worse.
My Wifes Twin Sisters Daughter (Niece in law?) is about 2 and they just got her a beautiful pink, 4 poster princess bed.
The very first night in it she Poos herself, takes off her nappy, and smears it all over the bed =p.

Frist thing I said to her is hmmm...you're not really a princess are you!
Her reply?
"No!! I'm Kattie!"
How kids can still be cute while sitting in the middle of their own poo I have no idea
