Curvy--breaking

Righto, breaking an unfaired curvy with 30K on the clocks. Bike is taxed/Mot'd and last used Friday, the 19TH Dec.

Possible sell as an almost complete bike...but ready to use as basis for a track day bike/ project/Mini Twin bike. 'Almost complete' because some bits would/might already been taken off. PM for further details.

1) First bit on list is the engine with starter motor at £300
A little bit of weeping from the centre cover on the cluth side. I bought a new O Ring but never got round to putting it on. That would be provided if I can find it or you get £10 off price. Due an oil and filter change which I would do, unless you want to carry that out yourself. In that case, take another £25 off the price.

I'd also include a free set of carbs which has a bit of a crack at the section the choke plunger goes in(caused by giving a bit too much of a tap trying to free choke. This was a while back now so has obviously worked fine).

2) Radiator with fan/switch(actually off a faired bike) in good condition £80 plus p+p

3) Robby Moto Sports Rearsets.http://www.extremebykesportz.co.uk/x...me.php?cat=631
Lower part of the gear change lever cracked from my rear stand catching it. I I just taped it up and carried on using it :D. They are about £30 to replace and that has been taken into consideration SOLD

4) Front Discs. Straight, true SOLD
5) Standard Foot Rest Hangers SOLD
6) Baglux Tank Cover ?

7) Tank...SOLD

8 ) Bar ends SOLD

9) Luggage Racke SOLD

Weather is a bit crappy for pics(need to give bike a clean anyways lol) so will add ASAP. Feel free to make offers folks ;)

Cheers
Ben

OEM Bud.

Good condition...passed MOT in August and have done about 4000K since them.

As of Friday when bike was last used, no pulsing at lever etc. I shall measure thickness and get pics later.

Hiya, the rear bulb holders(the plastic you fit the bulbs into) are part of the loom, aren't they. Or are you talking about the metal braket that the rear light attaches to?

Anyhoos, if it's the plastic bits which are part of the loom, yeah, you can have a couple of those, as got a loom, I can rob those off.

Speedo drive, got trapped and a break in wire , which has been soldered and taped up, Apart from that works as it should ...but best to mention that .

All bulb holder(if I've understood correctly), speedo drive and adjuster delivered £40.

Hiya,

Re bolts, you mean the ones you'd normally remove to fit the crap Suzuki(or crap aftermarket) frame protectors? Got the rose joint too.
£16 delivered for them.

Hiya, I'd say bit of both....definitely got some scoring but the pads were never down to metal :o so just usual scoring.

It's a difficult one, with things like brake discs really. Definitely no pulsing, no warped.

Best thing I can say with regards to you being happy is, "I'd have them back if you aren't happy with them"...you only pay postage back.

Hiya, it's a Baglux tank protector indeed.

It's okay as in, it's definitely going to protexct your tank :p hehe .

It's fine Bud. A bit of fray of the stap in front(see pic), and if you look the middle (rear of petrol filler) you can see where stitching has come off/bit of wear.

All in all, it'd do what it says on the tin :D

I'll pass on these for now, then. I only want a pair because my current discs have become scored and look similar to those :D

Once I've got the bike fully back together and rebuilt the calipers I'll take a proper look at the condition of my discs - may be a bit on the thin side, so might need replacing anyway

Sounds good.

If your discs are not warpped or summat like that and their job properly, I'd say, save your money really...especially if you might be getting ridding of soon anyways :)

Sure, buyer might knock off a bit, when/if you sell but makes sense to do it that way :D
