Yo dudes,

missed you all quite a lot over the past 6 months, Dizzee has suggested maybe going for a nando's (the best idea anyone has ever had ever), missYC has just suggested adding something like bowling to the event to make it more worthwhile... and I'm not an alcholic, I just absolutely love being drunk, so:

Who'd be interested?

• 5-7th: Unfortunately I'm tied up this weekend (leedsmatt is coming for a spanking on friday) and got a friend's leaving do in hudders on saturday night..
• 12th-14th: The following weekend is valentines weekend but there's a fair few org couples about so would ya fancy sharing the love? (NO SWINGERS :batman:)
• 19th-21st: The following weekend is Hardy Bikers (unfortunately can't attend :()
• 26th-28th: Then there's the last weekend which gives people enough notice...

In terms of nando's there's one at J27, M62 birstal near ikea/the big showcase cinema, but there's no bowling or laser quest type stuff...

There's one in huddersfield town centre but again no real entertainment - other than pubs & bars...

MissYC says there's one in bradford which has a bowling/arcade next to it...

Any ideas/suggestions greatly appreciated :) chat is innevitable (I'm the usual suspect) but try and keep it on topic so we can come up with a tidy plan

Ello mon capitan.

There's in in Xscape over at Castleford. Theres bowling, laserquest, mini golf, climbing wall thing and ski slope - could go sledging.

Either sounds good to me, and I have an alternative venue if people don't mind heading south - down here in Sheffield, theres a bowling and nandos in the same place (next door but one, IIRC - Centertainment for the locals)

suppose there's nowt to stop us doing it earlier in the day then if people wanna do drinks/night out, the hardcore lot can go out after mebbe :)

lol you like to complicate things don't ya..

LeedsMatt was talking to me last night explaining that there's cutbacks going on at his place of work, and that maybe the reason people hadn't been so interested (apart from ollie & phil) was because they're all skint...

So we came up with the idea of having a recession party with mexican theme (mexican food & sombrero hats) in the evening at my gaff, for all those who wanted to meet up but couldn't afford nando's/bowling etc..

Any takers? All abuse to be directed towards matt

well I did try and explain to matt that he would be putting alot of people out by trying to change things - we could still do bowling/nandos during the day, then purely for matt we all have to go to my gaff and do the mexican thing

mexican night at paul's gaff sounds far healthier for the finances, but then I haven't been to Nando's in a long time...hmmm....end result? Not fussed :-)

What about a compremise, bowling at xscape and then onto pauls for a mexican night in. If everyone chips in for the food/booze at pauls it'll work out far cheaper than us all sitting in Nando's plus we've all got some where to fall over and sleep for the night once we're suitabley trollied.
