Mrs B accidently tripped me up a few days back, and all the pain thats been lurking is back with a vengence.

Full of Diclafennic and JD.

And still the right leg/hip/lower back/neck/left shoulder are competing to see which can hurt the most. :smt027

Was hoping to go for a blast tomorrow, sorry today but....

unlucky chap, I would say beer will help but you've done the drugs and JD so maybe not. Nothing for it then, stay up all night to get a good sleep tomorrow night ;-)

Diclafennic is an anti-inflammatory drug.
Tell 'em you can't sleep and need some pain meds!!

I need to sleep. Been up all night. Sir Peg of the sus, has been getting jip in his knee...sorry half a knee. Rolling around in agony and keeping me awake.

Then he got the idea to go downstairs and take a cocodamol......yipppeeee now he'll sleep, yeah he did alright, and bleddy snored loud too....ggrrrrrrrrr :-(

Get some DF118 down you. Worked for me when they gave up with the morphine (Said I had had enough) for my back pain

Tell your GP you need serious pain relief. I am keeping what I have for when I cannot cope with the co-codomol I normally take for the pain.

I must admit when she tripped me over I did think about stabbing her .

Seriously though, no not yet. That and an epidural is the only thing left on the list to try.

Heh watch out for things left out at the top of the stairs... anyway back to the accupuncture thing, i came off last year breaking ribs and nackering me shoulder and neck and got sick of pain so i gave it a try and it seemed to work, pain back now and then but not as bad as before the needles. I saw an ostiopath in Norton ive got his number and address i can pm if you want it?

Ahh well can forgive him, he was in much pain...besides Mediterranean fellas make up for it in other ways;)
