A feeble excuse, just get a big jerry can, fit a tap and hook it up. You may not even need to fill up :p

Late start again, when I were a lad we used to be up before we went to bed the night before. We had to cycle to Yorkshire on a bike made of wood for a loaf of Hovis and still be home in time to wake the cockerel up before dawn with enough change left over for a fish and chip supper....mumble mumble mumble.

Good news about the bike, I bet your wallet's a bit lighter!!

And don't worry about the choc, there's a slight chance I maybe, sometimes, just occasionally, eat too much of the stuff anyway :-)

Jeff and I were supposed to be heading BMF-bound Saturday but have changed our minds cos it'll be the same stuff there and i'm skint, so instead we're gonna head over to Midland Superbikes for sausage baguettes and a ride around over that way show off my go-faster red rims :p

New rocker cover + gasket,
Oil + Filter,
Plugs,
Valve clearance checked,
Air filter,
Fuel filter,
+ Labour.

Couple of fairing bolts and a general check over...

I'm going to be needing a new rear tyre, sprockets and chain in approx 1000 miles too but the chain etc will be done when the tyre is changed.

Any guesses as to how much this costs me?

Hmm, wonder how much choc I could get into my panniers and topbox :p

Unfortunately my Father in Law got taken into hospital on Friday. The MIL is in a bit of a tiz at the mo, so its unfair of me to ask her to have the kids even if its only for the morning as my wifes on earlies that day.

Hopefully he'll be right, but gotta let you know nearer the day. :(

VFR was never designed to tow a caravan

Towing would be difficult to say the least......But stopping it would be impossible, I think I'd get squashed!!
