Well I've had my SV 3 days and I have to say I love it.

Still takes a bit of getting used to with the engine breaking but pulls like a beast :) For a first big bike its ace.

Cleaned it the other day and McGuires Tech Wax brought it up a treat.

Photos attached...:D

wierdly that looks like the one i traded in at george whites a few years bike. Has it got a fuel can on it with the reg ending in xmp, lol.

Be impressed if it does.

just noticed its a scorpion, nevermind, wonder where my old one went. Had emulators in the forks and bungs too.

Maybe we should start a where is my old sv thread.

Looks good.....if i where you i would get some crash bungs. I have had mine for 5 years since new and last week in France i dropped it at zero mph as i was getting off (no i had not been drinking) and the R&G crash bang saved my loxers from any marks.

If you were in the S'bury office then you might know me... Edward Austin, I'm a solicitor, and used to deal with the Shrews office quite a bit.

Well just had a quick look at google maps to see where St Georges is compared to where I served my sentence. Flipping heck I struggled with the maps not showing it, switched to satellite and damm they have built what looks like a multi story right over where I lived. Best thing that could have happened to the place.

Still it is about 25 years almost to the day since I left there.

Duno was about 7 years ago when i worked there. U take your bike out much? If so stay away from the crudgington road to newport they just put new chippings down all over it, disgusting, had to slow to about 40 all the way along yesterday.

Do u know may good local routes?
