Yo! What's occuuuuuuuuuring?

My leathers and nix were fine thanks nic...lol. Actually, spent most of the day out on the bike. I think because it was nothing to do with user input that caused it, it hasn't bothered me that much. I mean......what are the chances of the same thing happening again? lol

Least I don't leave my ***** ***** in other peoples houses eh Nic??? ;-)

This is true, but meh, you want me to move in so get used to it..!!

As for what happened yesterday, it was rather a fluke thing to happen, although I would still have pooped my pants...!!

I was more meaning this thread to marvel at my genius for coming up with the nickname than for ripping the pish...

You inspire my genius....! HAHA!

I take it there was no damage to BB at all then from it's tangle with the twine??

gruntygiggles 22-06-10 10:52 AM

Re: calling Super Cooky Pants...

Nope, BB is fine. The hub is scored a bit because the twine that caught up must have been one of the twines used to hold the hay down as it had a metal hook on it and that obviously caught, but only cosmetic.

BB is now off the road though :-(

New chain and sprockets being done, started last night, will finish tonight. Hopefully have another set of downpipes here this week as the others never arrived and they will be fitted. Dan and Steve might be transferring some curvy mirrors to it as they are bigger than the standard which are, frankly, crap.

Should be back on the road by the weekend though :-)

For anyone that has a CBR400RR-L (and PROBABLY the others too)

The stalks on the mirrors from a curvey are just a gnat's whisker closer together than on the CBR mirrors.

The curvey mirrors don't stick out quite as far but are a lot bigger so we are hoping will be better in the grand scheme of things. Only thing is I'm going to have to drill out the holes to make them bigger to allow for the retaining bolts that hold the curvey mirris to the frame..

Watch this space (if we do it that is, not 100% sure if it's worth the effort yet)
