Whoever told that woman she could/should be a television presenter should be shot !!

She was terrible when dealing with something that she apparently has a passion for - motorbikes - but have you seen her on the Gadget Show ??

It just makes me want to cringe !!

Tbh I think she is ok on the gadget show, I think the others are ok as well.
I like the gadget show so perhaps Im biased.

She is no worse than any other presenter on tv.

I seen this show advertised last week and I'll be watching.

I guess whether or not it was any good depends entirely on your level/experience. I like to consider myself as getting on for intermediate level and found that the programme was pitched a bit below that, ie it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

I'll still watch the rest of the series though 'cos you never know when a top tip might crop up.

There's a video they make u watch just before you fly back from operations in the middle east, all about adjusting to life back home etc. It's usually really boring but then one year they put on a new one and suzi perry was co-presenting it. When it came to the bit about drink she said the word sh&tfaced and everyone giggled and I think i fancied her even more for swearing lol

Just watched this tonight. I thought they would have had more about setting up the camera, than just showing how to set the scene. Maybe it will be more detailed in the next episodes.

I didn't find it very interesting because I'm not really interested in taking portrait shots.

That's the last time I try and bring something about photography to your attention. You are all too easily distracted.

I'm off to the newsagents to buy Attitude Magazine. I'm not a gay man but James Anderson, England cricketer, has posed naked this month and I thought that I should read it for any top tips he has on bowling, the same way you all watched that Perry woman to learn about how large she likes to set her aperture.

aperture size don't bother me much, exposure time is more important ;-)

you don't want your aperture to be too big though, makes for poor focal length.

No, focal length is set by the lens, aperture gives depth-of-field. The smaller the aperture the greater the depth-of-field.

Focal length also has an impact on depth of field, wide angle lenses have the greatest depth-of-field. Depth-of-field on a long lens (500mm etc) is stuff-all.

Watched last nights show. What a joke!!! At one point the girl shoots the wedding reception and the windows behind the wedding party make the peole come out dark. There was no mention about using exposure compensation at all. While the pro teaching them prefers natural light there are times when using the flash is a must and done well is not easy to trace. Really poor show and doubt it will vet any more technical.

Im disapointed tbh, i was expecting more technical stuff.
Ill still watch it cos im still lacking in the knowledge department, but would prefer more stuff.
