top gear last night.

Just wandering how you think it went down.

Did the Citroen DS3R move ya? Or would you the Fiat?

Neither. The new Leon Cupra R all day long. As for Top Gear, I think it's been a bit weak so far.

I used iPlayer to watch Ross Noble but as for the rest of Top Gear, I find it a load of tosh.

I still like it butttttttt...

Its getting very predictable, you know whats gonna happen, and that thing clarkson drove was hideous, orange dash, wtf?

I mean picking all these things up in the challenges is getting like the gadget show, all they do is challenges now, but pollyanna, hmmm, *rubs thighs*.

this interview is even better

Re: top gear last night.

the ross noble interview was spot on for describing the differences between cars and bikes, especially the line "if you get it wrong, you die"

I've always been a fan but after watching this episode I did think it was all a bit predictable and all the 'spontaneous' jokes and quips were obviously rehearsed. I think it's starting to get stale and needs a revamp.

I watch TG from time to time but I am a little bored with it.I find the presenters too comfy in their approach and more than a little predictable. I think the whole team needs a shake up with maybe the addition of an attractive yet credable female.

She may be credible but, well, you wouldn't would you. Sabine Schmidt, on the other hand....

Or actually, cross it with the Gadget show and get Polyanna!

But that's not in the same category??

the 'hilarious' verbal battle between May and Clarkson concerning the nurburgring made me actually physically cringe.

Although the laps of Monaco were pretty awesome - I'd LOVE to do that.

+1 just caught up iPlayer

Hammond's ridiculous canned laughter in the news section that followed, pretending to be in hysterics about the "growler" jokes, was even worse than May's so called acting in that argument over the Aston.

It is a hot hatch... but I personally wouldn't categorise it with the 3 mentioned. Plus the fiat is a grey area under the 'hot hatch'.

The leon would be a valid suggestion if comparing against a golf, 1 series, astra...

It's like comparing an MR2 with a Porsche Caymen. Both 2 seated, mid engine, RWD sports cars........
