Re: android users, flash
Try downloading the Adobe Flash 10.3 app off the android market.

Re: android users, flash
got it, i can play the files no problem but i want to save them so i can view them without an internet connection.

Re: android users, flash
There is no way, that I know of, to do it. Most android devices have a very small shared file cache with other applications and Adobe does not allow you to save the cached files elsewhere on the device. You are better off trying to download the file on your PC and then converting/uploading it to your device. I hope that clear things up.

Re: android users, flash
ok heres the next one. I can get a file to start to download automatically in IE9 (basically the download thing pops up and you save it) how can i get this in android? it gets to the download but i dont get the option to save it?

Re: android users, flash
Connect your phone to your pc. You should have an option on your phone to use it as storage. Select this option the save the file to this location from your pc.

Re: android users, flash
P.S. you may need to locate the file in your "downloads" folder and copy it from there.

Re: android users, flash
Apple does not trust flash. So it won't ever be able to do it.
I iPhone ok if you don't use much more than a few games and music. it will even make calls and text if your in a strong signal area and stand on your head :P |

Why would people bother paying 59p, 79p, 99p etc. for an application if you were able to just go and download that free flash version of angry birds from a webpage.. If adobe were able to come up with some kind of 'flash lite' plug-in which allowed you to view flash animations but limited the ability to use/save flash-based apps, then they could well be on the way to flash on iPhone... But all that is before you even get down to the "We want paying 50p for every iPhone sold with flash on it" mega millions deals which apple & adobe would have to thrash out. Anywho andy, android has got a little green man who looks like a symbol for the common cold as its logo AVG for Android has discovered that you have a virus on your phone http://cdn.ubergizmo.com/photos/2009...hd-android.jpg |
Re: android users, flash
yea we get angry birds for free ;)

Re: android users, flash
We have a I pod touch. It's got some very good games for a quid.
But It's more what my HTC can do outside games that gets my vote. My son has a gba emulator on his Motorola Droid that keeps him entertained . |
