The 8 Ball Bikers group are organizing a Christmas Meal on 10 Dec.
Do any of the Essex Org members want to join in?

I don't know... i think my way would get more people for the giggles.

Other than my diner? 127diner, but i don't like it there as the men were rude to me. I don't get out much to stop for food...

Re: christmas party

Hey chaps, I saw you mention looking for ideas. There is a pub called I think 3 Tuns in Finchingfield. It's up the road from the places on the green. They are always saying they are biker friendly. Anyone tried it?

NTECUK 26-10-11 06:35 PM

Re: christmas party

Nope will check it out Saturday afternoon post work .

Messie 27-10-11 04:47 PM

Re: christmas party

The Three Tuns is bike friendly but it so far out of the way to make it inaccessable to many. I'm guessing that most people wont be riding to a Christmas party and I'd sure as anything like to be able to get to somewhere by public transport.
Maybe somewhere on a train line, like Witham or Chelmsford?

paddy t 27-10-11 05:09 PM

Re: christmas party

i d have gone on me bike , as thats all i got , but if i m going on a bus can i still come wearin me leathers and skid lid :)

paddy t 28-10-11 07:05 PM

Re: christmas party

right then !!! here we go !!!! i think a meat up for a meal would be great :) i can do most times , most places :) ideally it ll be in December , personally i recon it d be quite nice if we could meet up on the bikes ,as i m not too fussed about the drink, but i m easy turning up on a bus :) ( i ve only got the SV ..) and as to where ???
well ,wherever is most convenient , for most people !!!at the moment there only seem to be 3 or 4 people keen on one ,so i don t know who else is up for it out of the ,heaving leviathan that is the "the essex lounge " !!
