Ok so how important is having Kit that maches the Bike to you?

Not really that important unless you have monye to burn lol...just get black leathers, they suit anything

I stupidly bought leathers with white shoulders. It'll be full black from now on for me. No way would I buy leathers to match my bike.

It makes me laugh when I see the guy in our area with his rizla gixer matching leathers and a John Reynolds lid.

I think a completely matching bike and leather set actually looks a bit silly.

Complementary colours however, work.

The trouble is what to do with the next bike?

My favourite so far was seeing a Kawasaki parked up at a bike meet. As I got closer something bugged me about it but I couldn't tell what because of the other bikes in the way. Yep, a Kawasaki green 2000 Yamaha R1. I can only assume it was cheaper to spray the bike than to replace the leathers, lid, gloves & boots.

I bought all my gear over a couple of months and all before I even had a bike, still on the same set of leathers several bike models and colours later.

it does appear that they are shrinking in the middle though

Leathers match each other (black and white). Bike matches itself. that's enough co-ordination. I think you have to be pretty quick to wear leathers which match the bike.

My last 2 bikes have been predominately blue. So at least when in the romper suit I match. but my general purpose leathers are black. Goes with anything. Especially my black helmet.

I might go blue/ black with some white .next size up.
