rather a long story so to cut it short, went round motorway slip road, lost front end, hit armco at 80. Not quite there but enough to be mobile and ride again. Think I will save going out jogging again for another 6 months or so ( at least I hope its only 6 months).

I'm ok now though as you can tell by my avatar :wink: :wink:

Bike has seen better days, although it has now also seen worse ones. It's back on the road, and done remarkably cheap too.

It was built back to be "functional" rather than pretty as I need it for work. :lol: :lol:
