We all just stopped and braved the traffic. We're not all soft southern jessies.

Scoobs, how do you rate the RR for comfort over a 1000 miles then ?

The 300 plus miles I did on Saturday round the Yorkshire roads was fine. Not a single ache. I think it is because you are constantly moving on the bike plus the regular stops helped. The motorway miles were a pain in the **** and wrists, but bearable. 80 miles at a time was about the limit.

Nothing to do with the photies - are you a member of the cbr(600)forum? Or is the user name a coincidence?

he prob used the same name waayy back when he was on the CB radio !!

mac608 21-06-06 12:07 PM

Scoobs, have you thought about the "France 2007" trip (on the CBR600 forum)?
I did the 2004 trip with them, and hope to do the 2007, to say the least it was real hoot.

On the CBR site it's just plain old "Mac" - I don't post that often - not surprising seeing as I haven't got a CBR

Quiff Wichard 21-06-06 12:30 PM

u want one though dont u mac.. u dream about them dont ya !????

mac608 21-06-06 03:49 PM

yep sure do, 900RR - but the 1993 version, foxeye/urban tiger version.

only snag, way too much bike for me :(
