Hello from a new chap

Hi everyone. I've "lurked" on here for a bit but got so excited at seeing those pics from the North and South rideout that I went and bought an SV on Monday!

It's not my first bike (that was an FS1E!) but it's my first this century (last was an old Kawasaki which stopped more than it ran)!

Expect a load of dumb questions from me!

pegasus 22-06-06 06:46 PM

welcome to the fold

Quedos 22-06-06 07:11 PM

Hello :smt039

No such thing as a dumb question! Just dumb answers on here!

You're gonna love it then mate (the SV). Read up on the Tuning etc posts for common(ish) problems and solutions and enjoy the bike.

Welcome 8)

So let me get this straight.

You get excited easily over pics on the net and are prone to asking dumb questions?

Welcome sir, you'll fit right in.

At least your smart enough to have the right shape and colour

Mogs 23-06-06 09:16 AM

Good Morning - ask all the dumb questions you like, I asked loads when I first came on here. 90% of the replies will be dumb too, but the remaining 10% will be spot on.
