What a race! I wouldn't want to be in the Repsol Honda garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alpinestarhero 15-10-06 01:04 PM

The BBC comentary had an announcment on Nakano, being ok. I was wondering about Dani Pedrosa after that - we needed a medical update on him! I think the team mates garages will be at opposite ends of the pit lane at valencia.

It was crazy. I feel so sorry for Nicky, he has been consistent all year, as have honda, bar a few races that went wrong (dodgy clutch!). Dani shouldnt have tried that move! I think he knew that afterwards

Excellent race, and I like the pointy look of the Illmor. Very nice.

Ditto that about the illmor. No McCoy Sliding Masterclass today though - maybe at valencia, certainly next season

Pedrosa has a broken finger on his left hand! Nakano seems ok, Sete has broken his collarbone again and Hayden is ok.

Top marks to Gary McCoy and Ilmor, a world championship point on their debut! =D>

Guys, there's a sticky on top of this page to deal with MotoGP already ;)

Matt, could you please add "Spoiler inside" to the title of this thread? There are some peeps around here who haven't seen the race yet, and there are enough spoilers already in the previously mentioned thread :-dd

Alpinestarhero 15-10-06 01:25 PM

Broken finger? Not after tonight behind the bikesheds with Nicky...

Glad that Nakano is ok, he took a hard fall. As for gibernau, another blow to a bad season.

Apologies - the message is headed with MotoGP to make sure people avoid reading the thread. It can be closed if the moderators wish - I wont be offended

what a race!! id soooo love to be in the pits when pedrosa gets back in, what an idiot!!!

Edward can race when hes on the same tackle as valentino.

Dave The Rave 17-10-06 08:24 PM

Well I didnt want the Kentucky kid to win the title as he is almost as boring as Pedrosa. However I didnt want it to finish this way. Pedrosa, surely is a contender for an idot of the year award?

kwak zzr 17-10-06 08:50 PM

hes still a kid with a poster of mick doohan on his bedroom all.

What's the official excuse for Pedrosa's action? My immediate thought was that he must have had a brake problem as the overtake was never on as a deliberate move.He was too far back with no gap so why try it on unless the bike would'nt stop?

Same thoughts here. I used to love watch edwards race in WSB. I started to be a teeny weeny bit irritated with the Kentucky fried chicken kid after he ruined that first win for Edwards a couple of races back. I really felt for the guy. He didn't even go see if he was alright after the race. I used to like Hayden, now all I see is a too wide slanted smirky smile. I enjoyed watching him fall. There! Sorry Simon! :)

Felt a bit sorry for Hayden but then he did shoulder barge past Pedrosa earlier on, hey Nicky, ****e happens mate get over it (go rossi!). Awesome race by Elias, I was sure he would bin it after some of those moves.
