Hi, i'm new to the forum, i have a black K5, a sexy little number if i say so myself. I live near Hammersmith so thought this would be the best place for me to say hi :D

Hi, welcome to our mad part of the forum. We normally meet on Friday nights in Frith St, but not tomorrow as it's our Xmas bash. Maybe see you there another week, we're a friendly bunch, who like standing in the middle of the road drinking hideously expensive coffee.

And black, of course, is the correct colour* :wink: .

Silver is of course the best colour especially when fitted with a 996cc engine but you can always get a re-spray at a later date !! :D

Good colour,wrong shape though.The newer ones fell out of the ugly tree and hit a few branches.Never mind you can sell it and buy a curvey and have loads of dosh left over for coffee and stuff. :wink:

Don't listen to any of them.... you got the right colour, and the right shape :D then i would know that anyway as i got one too :P

Welcome to the nut house, we're a friendly bunch and a couple of the people are really quite helpful if you have any trouble. Probably best not to feed the majority after midnight though :wink:

Hi Kelly! If you're coming along to frith remember your thermals....it gets bloody cold standing around! Hopefully see you at Selkent one day too. How long you been riding?

I been riding about 3 or 4 years now, just to and from uni and college so didn't really need a big bike so was happy on my cbr. then i decided i wanted to have some fun and didn't want a sports bike so got the sv. Not only that but doing London to Portsmouth everytime i wanted to see my parents on a 125.... not fun especially this time of year.

I'll probably be along to Soho and SelKent after xmas as i have a lot of family to see before then. Going back down to Portsmouth when i finish work next Wednesday.

I've got an NSR125 so know how you feel on that score! Top end is VERY scary indeed when you're trying to keep up with everyone else. It's bloody good fun though :lol: I nearly went for the CBR but preferred the NSR as there's a certain little case of being able to de-restrict it if i want to :-dd

At least your 125's look good.... i had a bloody marauder 125 thingy... although i did get 80 going down the hill from bluewater on the a2 weeeee but uphill i'd be lucky if i saw 35mph, Lorries were overtaking me.... that is scary!! i did Dartford to Chatham every day for uni.
