Different colour lowers

I was wondering if anyone has fitted lowers a different colour than the upper fairing. My reason for asking on many web sites lowers in black £135, colour matched £260. I have done a search but cant find anything.
A picture or two would be great.

I had a copper pointy with black lowers and some black trim parts such as the grab handle ----------------Duracel
Some colours go with black, red maybe, but not others
Must be pictures of it on here somewhere

Re: Different colour lowers

You might get away with a belly pan but not full lowers IMHO unless you could create a complimentary colour scheme. Nah, don't reckon;)

That's not entirely true... User "Nick" (who doesn't frequent the org these days) had a silver curvey with black lowers & a black seat cowl, which looked pretty good...

no sir........... thats not the one i was thinking of, please accept my appoligies, the one i was thinking of was a pointy same colour scheme but with out the stickers.

but still............ i think it just looks as if its been added on (which it has i know) maybe if the tail piece was black aswell?

Now see, if the lowers had the exact same matt finish that the frame does, I think that'd look ok...
