Duxford run

As above, thinking about a day at IWM Duxford with a run up there.

Was taling with Jdub and EofE and they both seem to be up for it.

Any takers? Will probably be a Saturday, early to mid April.....

Re: Duxford run

Voted the third one as it would be date dependant...what with IAM runs and the racing season now started...

Re: Duxford run

Not been there for years, would be up for it providing bike is fixed before you go

Re: Duxford run

Right,

I'm going for Sat April the 14th, with a meet up at the usual place - (please remember to fuel up there, don't want to be looking for fuel 40 miles down the road..................)

£14.95 for Adults, £11.50 for concessions. There are a couple of petrol stations nearby as well as the Comfort Cafe.
Start off 9.30 ish with a ride north-ish in a rambling manner with lunch at the Comfort? And then on to Duxford.

Unfortunately I won't be joining you on the backward trip as I will be going to stay with the little lady who lives nearby.

Re: Duxford run

Okay,

Thinking more about this I have now two dates to choose from

14/04
or
21/04

I guess we can go for either / or, but thoughts on the dates i.e. which one suits you lot the best.

Saturday only I'm afraid

Pair of cheeky bar stewards I know its unfortunate this consessions thingy but like insurance a lot of things are cheaper as you get more matured.
Unlike some I would be going for the convivial company not a leg over;)
