Scum 'o' the earth

Nowt much you can say about that. Kinda just sat aghast wondering how anyone can be that psychopathic. Most crimes, I can see humanity behind them, animal instincts that are reined in by most people, but still human. But this case, it's not even human in it's most animalistic form, it's almost other-worldly.

Its a funny old world, these stories dont even suprise me any more. At least the sentencing is not 100 hours community service or something equally rediculous.

Perhaps he won't have a very nice time in prison. My olde-worlde view hopes there are still some honest to goodness crims there with mums and grans who might not like him very much. Naive probably, but one can only wonder.

hope he likes the showers on the inside, why do scum like this even bother existing

Well I'll say what you've all alluded to ... I think the little tw*t will be treated to a few "golden showers" in prison ... and he'll also no doubt be sh*tting out of a much bigger ar$ehole (and I'm not talking about his cellmate!) ... callous little sh*t!

Re: Scum 'o' the earth

The chances are he has been inside before and probably knows half of them in there, If hes that tapped in the head to do something like that then he probably wouldnt think twice about getting into a brawl in prison to look after himself.

He should be forced to empty cathetars so that the plastic can be recycled....true punishment.

Re: Scum 'o' the earth

Probably the sad truth that he will only find a like minded crowd. I feel bad wishing ill will on anyone, but sometimes.....

Just a poor sense of humour - was only joking.

Not sure about all the comments alluding to wanting him be raped in prison.

He may be total scum but rape????????

Get some perspective.

Pedro68 26-10-07 01:24 PM

Re: Scum 'o' the earth

Who said anything about rape? I'm sure he'll probably be enjoying it :D

EDIT: if you want a serious answer ... he pi$$ed on a dying woman ... now that's raping her of her dignity ... so if he WAS to be raped in prison do you honestly think I give a sh*t?

Ping 26-10-07 01:33 PM

Re: Scum 'o' the earth

What I think is 'the worst' and what thinks is 'the worst' may not be even remotely alike. However I hope whatever he thinks it is happens to him.

That poor woman's last moments...

I have NO SYMPATHY WHATSOEVER to what happens to that little oik in prison. None.

He could've called an ambulance.
He could've helped her.
He did neither and did something totally abysmal instead.

Kinvig 26-10-07 01:45 PM

Re: Scum 'o' the earth

I have not made any statement about what he did to that woman.

He did a despicible act. Period.

We have a justice system that metes out justice, punishment & rehabilitation. Not some prisoner-cum-vigilantee in prison with a toothbrush & a razor blade. Or some twisted idea of what love should be.

it said, he throw a bucket of water over her, covered her in shaving foam & pi$$ed on her, as she was dying in a doorway................ what, was everybody else (including the camera person) doing as this was happening

NOWT

He deserves everything that comes his way.

But, when you read the rest of the report

WTF. Did nobody try to help this poor woman. If I were mr plod, I think I would have done the lot of them, they are just as much guilty of his crime

Welsh_Wizard 26-10-07 01:53 PM

Re: Scum 'o' the earth

Altho' i completely disagree with what he did, it mentions in the report that he was part of our armed forces at some point - perhaps he isn't all that bad a person??

Perhaps this was a complete leave of senses whilst stoned and half cut on beer. No real excuse I guess but seems more like an act of bravado in front of mates that went horribly wrong. I mean, how was the guy supposed to know she had had pancreatic failure ?? If he had done this to a normal homeless guy, it would have been bad, but no where nearly as terrible. There was a thin chalk line here between 'harsh' and downright 'sick' - unfortunately it wasn't his choice as to when that line was crossed i think.

What i am trying to get at is if he knew the severity of the woman's plight, i doubt whether he would have done what he did - he just thought she was a ****ed-up homeless person stooped in a doorway (excuse the pun)

Pedro68 26-10-07 01:53 PM

Re: Scum 'o' the earth

I didn't allude to "wanting him raped" ... I simply stated that it is my impression of the prison system that THAT is what MAY happen to him. Rightly or wrongly ;-)

That's hardly the point, is it?

And maybe Hitler was just gassing jews for a bit of bravado from his SS buddies?!

Just because someone serves Queen/King and country and provides protection for us (and many other countries) doesn't give them the right to pi$$ on ANYONE, regardless of whether they knew them to be dying or not.

From your post it actually sounds like "pi$$ing on some homeless person" is "excusable" or "understandable" ... at the end of the day they are still a human being!

Felipe M :Maybe it is, maybe it isn't

My point is simple enough : I don't think he would have done something so callous had he known all the facts beforehand. I doubt whether anyone is that harsh.

I am trying to be a counterweight here to the people who think he is worse than Pol Pot himself. Bad mistake - yes, deserves to be punished - yes, guilty conscience for not helping someone in need - yes BUT far worse things happen around the world everyday in my opinion.

Pedro : Slight difference mate, slight difference..

The way I read your post it seemed like she was supposed to have a sign on her stating "I'm ill, I'm having a terminal pancreatic failure, please don't pi$$ on me even if you're stoned".

Hence my question...

I think 3 years prison for ****ing on someone is great. About time we had strong sentencing. That little scrote is of off our streets.

Ok Wiz m8 ... point taken ;-)

I just used the "hitler" analogy because he too served in (or rather commanded) the armed forces ... and it doesn't necessarily make him "not so bad a person"

Maybe it could be organised for some "slopping out" to be done right on top of him. He is a disgrace and so are the low life's that stood by and watched for entertainment.

It's more a case of poetic justice I reckon.

It sounds like it could have been his mother he has such little respect for anything!
He is entirely resposible for her death, having a bucket of water poured over you whilst your body is shutting down will finish you off quickly. He walked out of that courtroom looking so so smug with himself...

I like the 'fueled on a joint' comment. It's an angry drug!

And the number 1 read story on BBC.... 'Palmer to make comeback on eastenders'. :???:
