try aeadventures.com - Neil covers Nurburgring, Spa and Zolder. He's a very nice guy and should hook you up OK

I believe a company called bikerdays does them, planning to book up for their August T/D @ Spa and head down with some others. Let us know if you're interested, we'll be doing a bit of the 'Ring too on the same trip.
