Snow
We've had some! Not a lot, and the sun is now out so I don't know how long it will last. There's a little more forecast to fall later this morning and then more on Thursday.
I've just gone out and covered my onion bed with cardboard (after replacing the onions hoiked out by the blooming blackbird). Who else has had snow? |
Re: Snow
We had a little, but generally we are 200 feet below the snow line for the area. More forecast for tomorrow.

Re: Snow
Tiny bit in Stokenchurch as I drove through it on my way to work, but that was it. It's on the leading edge of The Chilterns, so it is generally one or two degrees colder than Wycombe. Was all gone this evening on the way home but there is a bit more forecast overnight and tomorrow.

Re: Snow
Well, the met office are forecasting a lot of snow for today, and more to follow on Thursday and Friday.
On the one hand I'm happy to see some winter weather, late though it is, and on the other hand I'm hoping we don't get too much as I have a lot of outdoor stuff to be getting on with. |
Re: Snow
Aaaand....it's now snowing hard. It's laying too, as it's quite cold out there.

In March last year I was out pretty much every day through the month, the weather was so much milder and dry. |
Re: Snow
North Wales still clear, I expect we will miss the worst of it. Eryri has a dusting visible in the distance, but nothing causing any issues. I'm glad as VW are picking my car up today for some cosmetic warranty work.
