No power after hydrolock

I got a 2001 sv650 that was on its side for about an hour. It rained and I wasn't quick enough to realize that water and dirt makes soft mud...

It hydrolocked with oil and I was able to resolve that pretty easily but now there seems to be some after-effects that I never dealt with before.

The main one is that there is some kind-of carburetor issue. It will give you a little bit of power at low throttle application but totally bog down when you give it full throttle. I have already took off the air filter thinking that it got drenched with oil but that wasn't the case.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

OK,
Is the oil level now correct? Have you checked and cleaned the carbs or are they full of oil?

Water in the carbs will give this. So will not having an air filter fitted.
Strip and clean the carbs and rebalance, checking for air leaks while you're at it, if things have been disturbed.
