Ahhhhhhh Test Tommorow
 

Hello All

One more day and I'm getting more and more nervous. Also getting worried.......Not with my riding, but, my Instructor has informed me that as my test is at 9:37, there is a chance they may cancel it due to the cold.

Its not icy on the roads as such, but apparently if there is frost about, they won't do the test because of the emergency stop.

Will be gutted if I get there to be told "Sorry mate, not today".

On the plus side, had final DAS lesson today, started at 8am and even with the frost etc, had a great day on the bike and finally perfected my U-Turn. Just suddenly clicked.

Anyway, I am rambling on now, just wanted to ask that some people pray for it to not be frozen in the morning. :smt091

The :riding: bit is what I am most excited about.

I am not even that nervous about the test as know what I have to do and know I can do it. Just the weather I'm hoping is warm enough that the examiner doesn't say "Too cold for me to come out of my examining room I'm afraid!!!".

Are you managing to keep warm on the bike? One thing that could cause you to fail is having cold hands and not being able to use the controls properly. If in doubt, try and nab at least some handlebar muffs for your test bike, should do the job of keeping the cold windblast off your hands

Good luck by the way, and just relax. You can do it! I did, And i passed with 9 minors. I was crap!

I was toastie as I have invested in warm gear (for the money I had). The only thing I did find strange is that my left hand was lovely and warm, my right hand also was.......allexcept for my middle finger.

Checked the gloves and there's no split etc, just think I must have poor circulation in it (I have broken it before).

Pass warrant would be most appreciated, does it guarantee I will pass and that the wimpy examiner won't care about the cold?
