offset woodruff key install, puller tool required
i am about to install an ignition advance key, im reading through the instalation instructions, and i need a rotor pullet tool which is basically an M20 x 1.5mm bolt. ive talked with our purchasign department at work, who have tried to get hold of a bolt for me, but its quite a rare size, M20 are normally 2.5mm pitch thread. they are all special order and cost a BOM, plus there is a minimum order quantity.
does any one have a bolt of this dimension or the actual suzuki special tool ( Suzuki p/n 09930-304450) which i could buy or borrow? cheers Adam |

Is there space to get a normal puller in there? Can't remember from last time I had mine in bits.

I mean a 3 legged puller, could be worth a try, most mechanics have a selection

I've got also a bolt laying around I not using anymore, but it will cost you more to send it to you than buying a new one.

fyi.I have tested various degree changes, from 1-8 degree in each direction on stock bikes and found no difference worth mentioning.all test done on same day on same dyno.
all runs were within 1hp. |
