Re: SV1000 Twin Exhaust on 650?
it won't fit, there are a number of twin systems for the 650, but the 1000 is a different bike, just looks similar.
Cheers Mark. |

Re: SV1000 Twin Exhaust on 650?
Oh I see, never mind. Just an idea.
Custom made is ok for me I might try a 749/999 Ducati rear end for something different. High exit system of some sort will be on soon... |

I have a system just need to fab some link pipes and get the seatarea sorted. Might graft the whole rear end on if one comes up on fleabay.
Will keep it posted and pics by Xmas... |
Re: SV1000 Twin Exhaust on 650?
The CBR600RR end can fits between the SV subframe rails I believe... And for that matter, the CBR seat unit fits over the standard frame with possibly a little grinding. But it's not such a nice can though.

Re: SV1000 Twin Exhaust on 650?
Hmm I had a little look at this today. And it seems most of the rear subframe will need to be custom made. Could be tricky but not completely put off.
I will keep it posted.............watch this space. |
