Does anyone know how to remove the cables from the fusebox? I can't get those spades out for love nor money, haynes manual doesn't mention it either.

Look at the spare spaces without connections in them and you'll see the tangs that you need to lift to slide the terminal out.
Perhaps you'll have a small screwdriver that will fit, or as I did, you could make/improvise a tool.

My 30 Euro B&Q tool set came with some tiny flathead screwdrivers, like the ones yo umight use on sunglasses. I got one of those in to undo the tang SS mentioned while pulling at the same time. Get a little flashlight in there to help you see what he's talking about. That was on my turn signal relay, next to the fusesbox, but, similar spades I assume. :smt114
