Update on popping issue
 

Well bike went into the shop this morning and i had a long talk with the tech. He said in the last 2 years he has had more and more complaints about these poppings on bikes. It has something to do with our bikes meeting the California emissions. Suzuki wants to get the most power out of the bike as possible staying within this emissions law. So he thinks the gas i use is whats causing this problem along with the break-in period. The gas i use has ethanel in it not methanol. So i will be switching to sunoco or BP and hope it will keep this problem to a minimal.

The knocking noise up front he said it not bad. It didnt do it to him in his parking lot over there biggest bumps at 25 but he said it would have to do with the recoil yatta yatta. If it was damaged and bad he would have herd it when he put his pressure up and down on the front suspension. So all is well with that.

On a good note seems everywhere i go people LOVE the SV and the V twin engine. They all having nothing but good to say about the bike :D I was kinda dissapointed though after i seen a 06 SV1000 dark blue, same style as mine, they wanted 6500$ for it. I love the dual exhaust look. I can forsee myself turning this bike in for one in a year or 2 :smt045
