Winter gloves.... Specifically Terra Nova

Hi guys,

Currently running a pair of Halverssons Dry Level's and they're 100% tip-top fantastic. HOwever, when it gets down to the -2,3,4 (deg C) then they tend to nip a bit. I've been considering a pair of Spada winter gloves (recommended in another thread) until I was chatting with a guy at work who's into microlites....

He's recommended these, as they're what he uses in winter when microliting....

Anyone had any experience with these sorts of things? Are they too bulky do you think, and my biggest concern, I wonder what they'd offer in the way of crash protection.....

Cheers,

Al.
