front spring oil change etc

Hi looking for some1 to help do my front fork upgrade ie spring oil all thats needed to improve the front, or any recommendations on a bike shop over my neck of the woods (stockport oldham hyde manchester area)to do the work offer a good service and not to baffle me with science or rip me off
(without the big task of replacing the whole front end)
Plus help with the rear shock replacement as checked on other threads im going for the zx6 03-04 rear shock plus best places to purchase said upgrades.

I know a few lads on here have done peeps work im willing to travel if some1s willing to help me:D

thanks in advance

It really is not hard to do. Did mine with no bother, used pointers off here.

If you want to, bring the kit over here and we can do the spring swap in my garage. I'm in north Wales

Got some ohlins springs too, bought from paws but since decided to go for gixxer forks. £50 if you want them

Search function is a good start for that, I'm not sure what would be best in this weather

A rough guess would be stock weight oil or a grade heavier
