No, its not a thread about creepy-crawlies but about old "rock" music.

I'm sat here this morning trying to get enthused about pricing some jobs up so I thought I'd put Kerrang tv on. Just in the background mind you so its just there and not intrusive.

They're playing all sorts of old stuff like Scorpions - Winds of Change, and Europe - The Final Countdown, and G'N'R, Patience.

Great music (for the most part anyway) but, WTF is with the tight lycra? Did we really think they looked cool? :shock::shock:

The Scorpions,great band. Superbly unusual lead vocals along with great guitar playing.Does it get any better?

off to the loft to blow the dust of my Scorpions albums (big black CDs to my kids) to remind me of what I have been missing.

Now in the car I have moved all my Zep to MP3 CDs, two MP3 CDs of the Stones. 12x5 from 64 is frightening wih Jagger sing "under the Broadwalk", his cred is through the floor with that one.

I have a own driving mp3 album compilations, Boston, Bad Company, Sad Cafe, just simple easy listening memories

If you have a DAB radio I can thoroughly recommend Planet Rock....

Manys a time I have burnt the tea just to finish my solo....
