I'm having a good day today

I successfully defended a striking-out application - client had started their own litigation against the wrong company in a Group so was met with a striking out application as there was no cause of action. Well I defended it at no notice (an hour before the hearing) and won. So that was good. Plus I have a new introducer, and also I agreed a settlement with a defaulting client and they have paid up. So it's a good day:cool:
