Getting really P'off with my council, not collecting rubbish

We have recycling round here, compostable& recyclable is collected one week and non recyclable the next.

The last collection of compostable waste was 11th December 2007. The next scheduled was 22nd January when they failed to turn up. Again today, they have failed to turn up. They justify only one collection of waste per fortnight in that we now have two bins so should be generating half the waste.

But when they haven't collected it for 2 months you can guess it is now over flowing and stinking and the excess has had to go in the general waste which is now overflowing as well.

Our wonderful labour council subcontracted it to some cowboy outfit couldn't organise a bonk in a brothel, and the residents to live with the incompetents legacy

That's really annoying that recycling ends up getting blamed when it's the p*** poor execution of the job that's to blame, not necessarily the recycling.

Stu, Whilst I agree with your sentements. I have now had to abandon recycling as they are failing to collect and now treat rubbish as well rubbish

It's sunny tomorrow. The bin has wheels on it? You know where the Town Hall is? Fancy a walk?

Only the wife is the depot manager for a waste disposal company and could have organised a truck to collect it for you...free of charge, but Im sure you have it all in hand Tim, so I wont trouble you again.
