Electrical mini speedo.

I have hunted high and low for one of these. But have lucked out. Can anyone help out :?:

I am getting a Speedo healer so what type of speedo is not an issue but it needs to be small. I want one that does nothing apart from tell me how fast I am going. If it happens to have a trip meter on it then that's cool. But don't need idiot lights. I am installing them separately. The only other requirement is that it has a back light.

I don't mind if it is digital or analogue but I am looking for cheap so no flash all in one singing and dancing units for me.

Can anyone do better than me at searching for one :?:

Cheers

How small? and how cheap? Vapor's little unit is reasonably priced for what it does, and it seems well made. The basic Acewells are about the same price too.

Koso do some nice stuff but I'm not sure of the prices.

I'll check them out but I am quite sure they will do more than I want them too. I am quite set on putting the idiot lights into the bowl of the headlight and have the speedo separate. If I could find a speedo small enough I'd like to incorporate that into the headlight bowl too. So really am looking for small. A small illuminated digital speedo would be cool.

I think Koso will be worth a longer look then. Here's something really small, but not cheap unfortunately:

And here's maybe the best Koso option... It does have extra features but any you're not using turn off apparently, very cool. But again, not quite cheap

probably a daft question and perhaps not relevant, but couldnt you get one of those little bicycle digital speedo's to work, all you'd need to know is the circumferance of the tyre so you could enter the wheel size in and a way to attach the magnet and sensor to the bike. It would tell you speed and even the cheap ones have a trip meter and total distance covered on them. It wouldnt be illuminated though so probably no help what so ever.

Tescos sell a cheap budget one for ?7 I use it on my winter pushbike.
