find 2nd hand restricter kit on flea bay or something, fit it then get it dyno'd < not really needed

some one wrote a walk through of how to do it, try searching it, sorry about as much help as a chocolate tea pot

Not a hard job, is it faired model?

Just take the tank up, airbox off, carbs up and put the washers in there.

The washers type kit is a little different, that fits right under the carbs in the intake tract, no need to take the carb tops off. Rest of the writeup still stands

The thing is that you need to get a paper signed by an official dealer saying that it's been fitted properly, I doubt they will just sign it if you tell them that you've done it yourself...

I got mine fitted by a dealer, got them to sign a bit of paper that I wrote out, sent it to my insurance company and they accepted it as proof
