I hope Kwak doesn't see this, there isn't enough bandwidth in the internet.

I use standard car wash stuff to get rid of the worst. I then take everything apart and use parafin and WD40. Finally, to polish all the panels back up a good douse of pledge.

I had comments last weekend about how sparkly it was.

I use GT85 as it smells nicer

For the bodywork, wash with car shampoo. To polish, I then use Meguiars 3 step system as it provides a decent lasting shine.

I got this stuff called Muc Off.. comes in a spray. That coupled with some nice H20 and the bike comes up a treat. Granted its only a couple of months old..

Re: cleaning products

AutoGlym shampoo (has a corrosion inhibitor) to wash the bike.
Gunk Degreaser sprayed on old toothbrush to clean all the oil splash away. Autoglym Wheel cleaner for wheels and brake callipers(use another old toothbrush).
Autoglym polish.
Autosol on the shiny bits.
Mr. Sheen on the screen.

I also use Autoglym Motorbike cleaner in summer because it gets fly splat off easily without scrubbing. Spray on and leave 5 minutes, then wash as normal.

You might have noticed I like Autoglym...............

I'm not entirely sure I understand the question...

I think I used parafin, Autoglym motorcycle cleaner, and cheap car shampoo last April...
