Hi there,

Just about to do my DAS and have a SV650s to ride afterwards, I'm only 19, so I'll be needing to restrict it down to 33BHP.

Does anyone have a kit they could sell me? Or recommend some good suppliers?

and what will you accept? I'm a little skint after paying 2.5 for the bike, 500 for the DAS course and looking at almost a grand for insurance :(

Hi I have a 33bhp ecu for a pointy, will be available in 11 days when it comes out.

If Stu's isn't what you want give us a pm.

Also i insured my SV at 19 with 0 ncb (Saved them for my CBR) and I only pay 250 phone around the SV wont cost that much to insure.

I think Suzuki are actully giving these away now I dont know if it only applys if you have passed your test through BSM or not though. Worth a look in to though http://www.suzuki-gb.co.uk/promo/000058/

Yeah you get a free restricitor kit, WHEN you but a brand spanking new SV.

How did you manage insurance at only £250 at 19? Who was that with?

I got it by shopping around, Carole Nash are the people who got mine that cheap.

Its worth spending time phoning round.

That can't be FC. I'll bet my bike on it. :p

What you probably had that the OP won't have is holding a license for a number of years, prior to taking out the insurance.
