Motorbikes in Bus Lanes.

Just had a thought on this one.

If there is evidence that it is safer to be in a bus lane, is there a case if caught to use that information as a defence.

Could a counter claim be brought against the Council for endangering the Public?

Any Legal types got any input?

i very much doubt that you could justify your individual use of the bus lane using the evidence, but a class action type case brought against the policy makers in london would probably force them to come up with an explanation as to why after the evidence says one thing they're not acting on it, but for something that size i expect the MAG would have to be the spearhead
