other companys copying your ideas

My wife has built up a new website over the last 2 months and it looks really good and is starting to take off really well.

Now one of our competitors has started to blatantly copy the layout and colours of our website and has started to copy most of our ideas as well.

What can we do to stop this???

Apart from starting an e-mail war that is.
