Generator for tyre warmers

Will a 1200W gennie be enough to power a set of tyre warmers?

Mydad has one I could borrow for track days so I was thinking about a set of tyre warmers for less time warming up tyres (more important as I'm going to stickier tyres), less heat cycling and more bling.

And are there any to avoid, I've looked through a few threads but don't fancy any of the ?200 + jobs. Are there any makes to watch out for on the bay?

Cheers,

Tim

I got some of these warmers

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DIAMOND-RACING...QQcmdZViewItem

mainly due to a thread a few weeks ago where they were recommended. They have their own website and for ?150 seem good value, I heard the ones on Busters etc ofr ?150 are less robust and heating element is not a constant but that is hearsay!

The instructions say they consume 1200Watts per pair!
