Anyone coming into Llangollen from the Chirk area A5, they are resurfacing the road just after the golf club as you go into Llangollen. Its a nightmare, using a convoy system have to follow a marker van, the road is like a cobbled street, slippy as hell so please beware. If you know the area in question, when approaching the guy with the stop/go sign, bear left immediately and follow the country type road all the way around the back of the tyn-y-wern pub and through housing area, dont turn off just keep going and you will bypass all the works, and drop back on to the old A5 just before the fire station in Llan, literally two mins from leaving the old A5 to getting back on it. Hope this helps!

Surely you mean an Irish smuggler, as apparently that's where NW gets it's hits from!!

Has been a wee bit cold around here, but no snow my way (yet - touch wood).

Sorry all, im working 12 hour days friday and saturday. Hoping to catch you lot in bed though sunday morning and give you a big wake up call with my CCC, as it is now baffle free!! But seriously if anyone can tell me where they are likely to be around 10.30 onwards i can easily meet up with you all as i am off sunday! woo hoo!!!

If the last one is anything to go by, most of them will still be in their pit at 10.30! I suspect we won't be leaving LLanberis till 11, even though I'd like to get moving by 10! :smt079

If you genuinely want to join us for the ride on Sunday I'd say get to LLanberis by 10. PM me your mobile number so we can coordinate. Also post on the booking thread (sticky on this section) if you a definite for Sunday.

Big thanks to Luckypants for spotting my deliberate mistake!!! :geek: my fault guys with the weather forecast.......i thought the NW3 was this weekend.
