Tinting Windows

No, not a chav update to the cage. When I move house, the new garage has quite a few windows in it, so I want to tint them to conceal what is inside, without blocking too much light coming in. I reckon a can of spray of some sorts would be the easiest to apply; has anyone ever tried this?

Wilkinsons sell a roll of plastic film to put on your windows to obscure them. That's what I used. Works fine and you can get it off when or if you need to. Not expensive either.

would be the easiest option mate, might have to try different colours though as black spray might be too dark, white would be good , still let the light in.

You can get mirrored film so that you can still see out.

I would have said the same... White paint... Though I know B&Q sell rolls of 'tint' for windows, might even find its cheaper to replace the glass yourself, but that depends on what type of window it is.
You could just put some blinds or lovely nets up. lol.

Or even that stuff they use in shop windows when it being refurbished, kind of chalk you paint on then was off when you no longer need it.

The only problem here is that when it's dark out, and the lights are on in the garage, you can see in reasonably well.

IKEA sells rolls of frosting stuff for domestic glazing. It'll allow the light in but give you the obscuration that you need. It costs MUCH CHEAPNESS and can be found with the curtains and blinds.
