Need a shiny screw?

I've just found a truly fabulous place. An industrial unit full of nuts, bolts, washers, screws and fastenings I never knew existed.

Go in there with any manky old corroded fixing in your grubby hands and come out with the same thing in shiny new metal. I just replaced the 8 rusty screws on my brake and clutch master cylinders, my exhaust bolts and washers and the bolts that used to hold the front brake lines on. All in Stainelss with stainless washers, nyloc nuts etc cost me two quid.

It's on the road between Fleet and Hartley Whitney. You'll never find it unaided so if you want to go, let me know and I'll give you some directions.

Only open Mon-Fri.

Cool. I need to get new engine bolts for my Hornet as they've gone a bit manky.

If you're going to try and find it, Start at the oatsheaf pub in Fleet and head out towards Hartley Whitney. Straight over two roundabouts that are close together then you'll come to a sharpish right hand bend. On the entrance to the bend is a service road involving about a 270 degree left. Take that left down the track. About 30 yards along is a gate with two industrial units in it. The right hand unit is the nut and bolt emporium. The only sign you're at the right place is a small brown sign on the door saying "DEL Open" If there's no sign, you're either at the wrong place or DEL's are in fact shut.

I think it's 08:30 - 16:30 Mon-Fri

If you're coming from the HW direction then as it drops from 50-40 you have a sharpish left and the track in on the right there. If you get as far as the roundabout, you've gone too far.

WARNING. It's a horribly addictive place. You're bound to end up there lots with ever more exotic fixings testing how extensive their stock is.
